NUVO CONCRETE POLISHING, GRINDING & REPAIR

Polished concrete makes use of diamond abrasive tools ranging from 40 grit to 1500 grit with a total of 7 stages. By means of successive stages the result is a floor with an inert shine and incredible strength.

Nuvo has established a number of unique methods that allow us to create floors suitable for every environment, from workshop floors to retail floors, each one unique in its requirements.

We use only HTC grinding equipment combined with techniques unique to NUVO. Our Fleet now exceeds 9 Large HTC machines as well as a number of HTC Vacuums.

Our very large fleet of concrete grinders together with specialist knowledge on repair materials allows us to repair some of the worst floors, this includes rain damaged concrete, damage due to excessive wear or cracked and broken concrete.

We also provide concrete preparation, either for coatings, vinyl’s, tiles or screeds as well as coating removal.
